VMware Infrastructure Client 4.0 (viclient) alias Vsphere Client 4.0 é l'interfaccia grafica che consente di amministrare l' ESX server 4.0.

Purtroppo il viclient fornito da vmware gira solo sotto windows. Fortunatamente grazie a wine é possibile installarlo anche su linux. La procedura non differisce molto da quella descritta per il viclient 3.5

VMware ESX server is well-known to everyone who works in IT, so in this post I won't explain how it works and what can be done with it but I'll focus on its management in a linux based environment.

In fact VMware tools are not so kind with linux users because they are almost windows tools.
